How to access public folders

Since the upgrade to Office 2013 a number of you have queried where all the public calendars have gone. They're still there but reached in a slightly different way...


Please find below some simple steps;

 

In Outlook go to the menu area at the bottom of the screen and click on the three dots next to 'Tasks' (in modern Windows/Office programs three dots always indicates further information is available).

Click on the 'Folders' option and the Folders list will open where you can see all the Team and Public calendars (you may have to scroll down to see the one you want).

If you right click on a particular calendar you can select "Add to Favourites..." to keep this calendar in a list in the Calendar view.
