We can't even request a new user set up until CBC ICT have approved the TPA so it needs to be submitted as a matter of urgency if you're employing someone 'off payroll'.


You can only request a maximum of three months IT access at a time (although you can request up to ten additional days in the additional time section if the contract only overuns the 3 months by a small margin - you can't use it to request substantially more than 3 months) and you should submit a new form at least a week before the existing access runs out
