Updating your Delve Profile

It is possible to put all of your contact details onto your delve profile. This means staff who work outside of VDI can get your number without logging in to access the Mitel software or manually typing your details into their mitel handset. First you need to click into your profile. The easiest way to do this is to click on your picture (or name if you haven’t uploaded a picture) that appears throughout 365.




You will then see the following screen. Click on my office profile.



You will then be taken into your delve profile. To update your picture click on the camera symbol next to your picture. To change your phone numbers etc you need to click on update profile.




When you click on update profile you will see your numbers displayed in the contact area. To change or insert a number click on the pen icon next to the number.
