If you forget your password for logging in to your CBH Device, Office 365 or Live Desktop ("The Pond") you can easily reset it by going to : https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/.. This also unlocks your account if it's been locked by entering an incorrect password too many times.
During the process you'll be asked to authenticate using two of the following four options - a telephone call to your work phone, a verification code sent by text to your work phone, a request sent to the Microsoft authenticator app, or answer 3 of the 5 Security Questions that you will have set when first setting up your account. You'll therefore need your authentication phone with you to complete the process.
NB: The answers to your Security Questions are case sensitive so (e.g.) if you said that your elder brother's middle name was Eric then only Eric will work - eric won't. If a particular answer isn't accepted this is the most likely cause
